Marc joined GuideOne Insurance in 2022 to serve as Litigation Counsel representing GuideOne and its insureds in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and the federal courts. Previously, Marc was a Partner in a regional defense firm in New York City. He has over ten years of experience representing contractors, property owners, design professionals and public agencies in a variety of civil litigation. He also advised insurance companies regarding coverage and indemnity issues, and he counseled clients in risk mitigation, and employment and privacy-related matters. Before entering the private sector, Marc served as a prosecutor in New York City. He investigated and prosecuted violent felonies, narcotics and racketeering cases, and he argued numerous appeals in the Appellate Division and Court of Appeals.

As a business-minded attorney, Marc develops deep understanding of his clients' operational issues and policies. He works closely with all stakeholders — including senior management, employees, insurers, and others — to implement cost-effective litigation strategies that result in favorable outcomes.

Outside the office, Marc is an avid photographer, hiker and aviation enthusiast.
