Danny Rosenberg joined the GuideOne Legal Team last month as Litigation Counsel in New York to defend GuideOne and its insureds in casualty and property claims.

Danny is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He earned his J.D. from Albany Law School in New York. While in law school, Danny was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Tonianne J. Bongiovanni, U.S. District Court of New Jersey. Danny is a Member of the State and Federal Bars in New York.

Danny possesses a well-rounded insurance defense background and experience, including, but not limited to: New York Labor Law, premises and general liability, Appellate Court advocacy (both written and oral), statutory violations and personal injury claims. In addition, Danny has experience in mentoring junior associates, developing and implementing comprehensive reporting guidelines for case strategy, risk assessment and verdict ranges; and teaching a Continued Legal Education course with respect to the use of social media and legal ethics/obligations.

When Danny is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his dog named Chicken, visiting and spoiling his three nieces, running marathons and reading.
