Ruth Orange joined GuideOne Insurance in 2025 and serves as Litigation Counsel in Florida. Prior to joining GuideOne, Ruthie was Staff Counsel at Allstate and also worked as Associate General Counsel at Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company. She has over a decade of experience in multiple areas of insurance defense, ranging from construction, first and third party property litigation, and casualty defense.

Mrs. Orange received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida and her Juris Doctor, with distinction, from Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law. She then went on to pursue a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from the University of Houston Law Center where she obtained her Tax LL.M. Throughout law school, Ruthie was the Chief Justice of the Board of Advocates and was actively involved in the school's Law Journal and Student Bar Association.

Mrs. Orange is a member of the Florida Bar and is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In addition, she is a member of Collier and Lee County Bar Associations, the National Bar Association, the Haitian Lawyers Association, and is the Founder of Collier Advocates, a non-profit organization that brings balance to the Southwest Florida community. Ruthie also volunteers her time coaching local high school students for Mock Trial competitions and sits on the Board for the Naples Hurricanes Youth Football and Cheerleading program. In her free time, she enjoys watching college football with her husband, and cheering on her son and daughter during Pop Warner football games and cheerleading competitions.
