Chuck joined GuideOne in 2021 as a staff litigation counsel and has actively represented GuideOne and its insureds throughout the State of Louisiana. Before his tenure at GuideOne, he spent over 24 years in a wide-ranging civil litigation practice including Maritime, Jones Act and Longshore Claims, Construction and Casualty Claims, Labor and Employment Claims, Medical Malpractice, Commercial General Liability, Professional Liability, Automobile and Trucking Liability and State and Federal Workers‘ Compensation. Accordingly, Chuck has extensive bench trial, jury trial and Appellate experience in Federal, State, Chancery and City Courts as well Federal and State Workers‘ Compensation, and Administrative Law.

Chuck was born and grew up in Louisiana and Mississippi and obtained his B.A. at Millsaps College in Jackson, MS and then was granted his Graduate and School Degrees at Louisiana State University. He has spent the past 25 years living in Baton Rouge and the New Orleans area with his wife, Melissa, and his two sons. Chuck spends most of his free time reading, fishing and enjoying the outdoors.
