Martin Moreno joined GuideOne in 2015 to handle all civil litigation in California. Martin earned his Juris Doctorate degree at Southwestern University School of Law where he was the recipient of the CALI Excellence Award in Legal Research/Writing and Torts.

Prior to joining GuideOne, Martin was senior counsel at an AV-rated law firm with offices in San Diego and Los Angeles where his practice included defending personal injury, premises liability, contractual disputes, and general negligence matters. Martin has tried multiple jury and bench trials to verdict. In 2011, for the second year in a row, Martin was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers “Southern California Rising Stars”—an honor given to no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state.

In the community, Martin volunteers his time with The Center Legal Clinic in Long Beach, CA, which primarily helps low-income people on a wide range of legal issues, including landlord/tenant problems, employment issues, wills, debtor relief, and issues pertaining to discrimination.
