With experience of over 20 years of defense work as a civil litigator specializing in various types of personal injury, business cases, and health care, Michelle A. Hancock provides the skills and tools to any case that few others can match. Having garnered experience at both small and large firms, Michelle possesses the knowledge necessary to defend claims of almost any type. She is skilled in advising and serving as counsel to businesses on transactional matters, as well as litigation file handling from inception through trial. Michelle was recognized in the Super Lawyers Rising Stars Edition 2007 and 2008 as one of the top litigation attorneys in California.

Michelle attended Brigham Young University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Spanish. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from BYU's J. Reuben Clark Law School. She is a Member of the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
