Pamela (Pam) Webb has been employed with GuideOne Insurance since February 2011 and currently serves as Litigation Counsel. She served as Litigation Counsel in Georgia from 2011 through 2014. Her present duties include directly handling and overseeing Kentucky and Tennessee litigation and non-litigation coverage issues.  She has served as lead counsel, as well as co-counsel, in several jury and bench trials. Prior to joining GuideOne, Pam worked with a regional defense firm in Atlanta from 2006 through 2011, specializing in automobile accidents, premises liability, and construction liability defense work. Prior to working in private practice, Pam worked as Counsel for the Corporate Law Department of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, defending motor vehicle accident cases involving State Farm policyholders and handling non-litigation coverage issues from 2001 through 2006.

Pam co-authored "The Unsettling Fax about Coverage Claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act," an article published in the American Bar Association's The Brief magazine. The article provides an analysis of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the courts' treatment of claims for damages under the language of various insurance policies.

Pam is originally from Tennessee, graduating from Brentwood High School in 1985. She moved to the Atlanta area in 1989, immediately after graduation from Auburn University. She then attended the National Center for Paralegal Training and pursued a career as an insurance defense paralegal from 1990 through 1998. In 1998, she entered law school at Georgia State University College of Law, from which she obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2001. Pam is admitted to practice in state and federal courts of Georgia, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

Pam is a member of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers’ Association, Elaine Clark Center for Child Development/Heart of Hope School for Developmentally Disabled, Atlanta Food Bank and the American Red Cross. Aside from her professional life, Pam enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and their two children, Zachary and Liam.
