Elizabeth R. Flora, Staff Litigation Counsel

Elizabeth Flora joined GuideOne Insurance in 2017 and currently serves as Litigation Counsel for Texas representing GuideOne and its insureds. Prior to joining GuideOne, Elizabeth spent five years working for a nationwide title company specializing in property and title litigation. In addition to real property, her fifteen years of insurance defense experience includes a broad range of civil matters including fraud, personal injury, premises liability, contracts, healthcare, bad faith, and medical malpractice. Elizabeth has extensive first chair litigation experience at all levels including administrative agencies, state and federal court. She has also successfully argued at the appellate court level.

Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso and Arizona State University College of Law where she was a scholarship recipient for her work with local women's shelters. She has also received The President's Volunteer Service Award for her work with a Dallas based equine assisted therapy organization.

Elizabeth is a proud aunt to five nieces and nephews and spends her free time volunteering and horseback riding.
